    A You may cancel your order by clicking 'Order' at the top of the page. However, the 'Cancel Order' button will not be visible if the cancellation period has passed, for the order can only be canceled up to 2 days before the scheduled visit date.

    A You can change the scheduled visit date only up to 2 days before the scheduled visit, and cancellation/change/refund is not allowed after this. (However, you can change the reservation date due to the COVID-19 issue by submitting documentary evidence.)
